How the Coating Bonds

600D polyester has a textured, woven surface that allows a spray-on polyurethane or polyurea coating to mechanically grip and chemically bond. Once applied, it forms a transparent, seamless, flexible layer that adheres directly to the fibres of the base material.

 

The coating penetrates slightly into the weave before curing, forming a permanent layer that won’t peel or flake when applied correctly.
