If customers select the incorrect size of cover please contact Coverworldnz promptly to arrange an exchange.

This must be done within 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Any exchanges/returns will not be accepted after this.

Coverworldnz exchange/return period is 30 days to give customers adequate time to fit their cover we strongly recommend customers try the cover on their vehicle before 30 days expires.

Goods must be returned folded in original undamaged boxes.

Covers cannot be marked in any manner. If covers are not in original condition the return/exchange will not be accepted and the cover will be returned to the customer at their cost.

When the returned goods have been received, and inspected, and any additional courier fees paid to our account, we will dispatch the new item to you. This may take up to 14 days.


We do not offer refunds if you change of mind, please consider your purchase carefully.

For returns/exchanges, a payment of $30 is required to cover the re-stocking fees.

All courier costs of an exchange will be borne by the customer.


If any cover supplied has faults customers must advise Coverworldnz within 30 days of delivery. After this time no faults will be accepted.


The customer is responsible for selecting the size suitable for their equipment.

Coverworldnz endeavours to give our customers the most accurate advice based on the information given. The final decision, and responsibility, is the customers to ensure the item will meet their needs.

Coverworldnz takes no responsibility for incorrect selections.


Cover World gives you a FIVE-YEAR guarantee against UV material deterioration of our covers. Our guarantee also covers the stitching on the seams of the cover. Cover World will not guarantee tears or rubbing. The five-year guarantee does not apply to zips, straps or clips or the stitching thereon.

Warranty is valid from date of purchase only. Our five-year warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferrable.

When purchasing our products customers are accepting our guarantee conditions. None of the above overrides your New Zealand consumer rights and protection.


  • Proof of purchase is required; it is the customer responsibility to provide this. If initial purchase was made by bank transfer, proof of transfer of funds into the Coverworldnz trading account must be produced. 
  • A photo of the white product label, with model number, attached to the cover is required. Removal of this label will void the warranty.
  • Coverworldnz require pictures of damage to the cover. Coverworldnz has the right to request more pictures if the ones provided by the customer are not adequate.

Coverworldnz will need to verify that the damage has been caused by UV fabric deterioration and is not a result of ripping, tearing or incorrect use of the cover. We reserve the right to make this judgement based on photographic evidence supplied by purchaser.


We do not cover damage caused by exceptional weather conditions such as wind and storm.

Coverworldnz’s guarantee does not cover any product that is used when trailering. 

Using a cover when trailering your boat/caravan/motorhome is entirely at the customers risk.

Coverworldnz’s boat covers are designed to be used when trailering. This is done entirely at the customers risk. Coverworldnz are unable verify if the cover is secured correctly before trailering.

Jet ski and outboard covers not covered by five year warranty.


It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the cover is fitted correctly. 

Customers have a responsibility to take good care of their cover and maintain it in good condition. Covers with paint, mould or other clear signs of neglect will not be considered under our guarantee.

All claims under the guarantee may require you to return the item to our warehouse for inspection at the customers cost.

Customers are responsible for any courier costs relating to the delivery of the replacement cover.


Cover World takes no responsibility for damage to paintwork or items attached to boats or vehicles caused by our covers. 

It is the customers responsibility to fit them to ensure no wind abrasion occurs. 

We advise customers to ensure any new paintwork is dried and cured before fitting covers.

Outboard covers are excluded from the guarantee.

If the product purchased is no longer available or sold by Coverworldnz, we have the right to replace the damaged cover with the most appropriate product determined by Coverworldnz.
