What is a Fifth/5th Wheeler Motorhome?
Fifth wheel motorhomes, also known as 5th wheelers, are a unique type of towable RV that offers spacious living quarters and a distinctive design. These large trailers are designed to be towed by a pickup truck or ute equipped with a special hitch in the truck bed.
Key features: Spacious living areas, often with multiple slideouts, raised forward section that extends over the tow vehicle.
Shape: Fifth wheelers have a distinct bi-level design. The front section is elevated and extends over the tow vehicle, usually containing the main bedroom. This overhanging section connects to the truck via a special fifth wheel hitch. The rear portion is lower and contains the living area, kitchen, and additional sleeping quarters.

How do I fit a motorhome cover?
Fitting a motorhome cover is easiest with two people, but three people will make the process even simpler. 3. Start by taking the cover out of its bag and laying it on the ground, preferably on a tarpaulin to prevent dirt or damage. 4. Locate the white tag to identify the front of the cover. There are two main methods for installation: • Using a long pole at each corner of one end, walk the cover over the top of the caravan. • Alternatively, place the folded cover on the roof and unfold it lengthwise across the motorhome. To secure the cover underneath, fasten the buckles and tighten the straps. p>
